1. Acceptance

By installing or using SalesTeam (the "Extension") or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use them.

2. What SalesTeam is

SalesTeam is a browser extension that helps you organize target accounts, contacts and leads, and optionally uses AI features through your own Anthropic API key. It runs in your browser and stores its data on your device.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Extension for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Extension, except as the law allows.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use the Extension and the data it helps you collect, and for complying with the terms and policies of the third-party services you use it with, including LinkedIn, Anthropic and HubSpot, and with applicable laws, including data-protection and marketing laws.
• You are responsible for the messages you send and for any outreach you make using drafts or suggestions from the Extension. SalesTeam never sends messages for you.
• You are responsible for your Anthropic API key and for the charges Anthropic makes for its use. Cost figures shown in the Extension are estimates only.
• You are responsible for keeping backups of data you care about.

5. Third-party services and platform rules

SalesTeam is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn, Anthropic, HubSpot or any other third party. Third-party platforms set their own rules, which may limit how their content may be accessed or used, and which may change. Your use of those platforms is at your own risk and subject to their terms. 6. AI output

AI features and web research can be wrong or incomplete. Scores, briefings, findings and drafts are suggestions to review, not facts or advice. Check important information against its sources before relying on it.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may introduce paid plans, at any time. The Extension is provided during an early-access period and may contain errors.

8. No warranty

The Extension and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, business or goodwill, or for any action a third-party platform takes regarding your account, arising from your use of the Extension. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

SalesTeam, its logo and design are ours or our licensors'. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. You keep all rights in your own data.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
