Why we built SalesTeam
A sales team should spend its time talking to the right customers, not searching for them.
The problem
B2B salespeople spend hours every week deciding who to approach: browsing LinkedIn, copying details into spreadsheets, checking company sizes, and trying to remember which leads are worth a call. Big sales platforms solve this with big price tags, complex set-up and data that lives on someone else's server.
How it started
SalesTeam began as a personal tool for a real B2B sales team that needed exactly this: a way to turn a target customer profile into a ranked list of accounts and contacts, keep an eye on the signals that matter, and get help with prioritizing and writing to them, without leaving the browser they already use.
What we believe
- Your data is yours. It lives in your browser. We have no server to store it on.
- Humans decide. SalesTeam finds, ranks and drafts. You choose and you send.
- Careful beats fast. Visible, human-paced, limited activity is the right way to work with platforms that have rules.
- Simple beats sprawling. A small tool that does the job well, at a fair cost.
Where we are going
Next on the list are more CRM integrations, a Microsoft Edge version, and team features so a whole sales team can work from the same pipeline.
